“Client” is defined as any person or business whom placing a deposit, making full payment, financing, or making partial payment on any of Coyote Designz’ products or services.
“Coyote,” and “Coyote Designz,” refers to Coyote Designz and the individuals who own the business Coyote Designz.
By placing a deposit, making full payment, financing, or making partial payment on a product or service from Coyote Designz, both Coyote Designz and the Client agree to the following:
1.) Client will provide unique, relevant and considerable content Coyote Designz in a reasonable amount of time (including, but not to: original client-owned photos, client-generated text, and client-owned media).
2.) Delays in submitting content to Coyote Designz will result in delays in startup and/or completion times of a project.
3.) Payments for projects are to be made via Coyote Designz’ payment processor located on the Payments page. Payments can be made via credit card, debit care, or wire transfer. Money orders, checks, Western Union, and/or Money Gram and similar will not be accepted.
4.) Upon request, Coyote Designz will contact the potential client with an approximate quote, including an estimate of time needed to complete the client’s project.
5.) All estimates are approximate.
6.) Client agrees to allow Coyote Designz to add their project to the business’s portfolio.
7.) Client agrees to allow a small but noticeable reference to the website creator (Coyote Designz) on their website or project.
